Refund policy

Due to Covid19 we are not providing refunds or exchanges. You may only be refunded if item came broken. SHIPPING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

To be eligible for a return, you must email Juicyluzylips@gmail.com the same day the package was delivered. We also need the proof of purchase. Please provide pictures of broken item/s. Our team will then evaluate and determine if you are eligible for refund. If email is sent a day after, you will not be eligible for a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Replacement of item/s will be free of charge. Shipping fee is not waived. (We do not profit off shipping) Please email Juicyluzylips@gmail.com for questions and concerns.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot offer refunds for items that are lost or stolen. You may need to contact your local post office.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
